1. Definitions and Scope
Please note that the following definitions will be used throughout these Terms and Conditions (Ts & Cs). If you are unsure of the meaning of any term, please feel free to look it up. The definitions are as follows:
"You" refers to the advertising company or individual.
"We" or "us" refers to the website and its administrators.

2. Age Suitability
This website is intended for general viewing by all age groups. As such, all advertised companies and products must be of a general nature. If we become aware that a company or its products are not suitable for all age groups, we reserve the right to take action to rectify the issue. This may include sending a warning email to the advertising company or, in severe cases, removing the offending listing without refund. By agreeing to these Ts & Cs, you acknowledge that your advert is suitable for general viewing..

3. Listing Expenses
All listings are to be made at your company's expense. If we do not receive payment, your listing will not be displayed.

4. Claims and Liability
All claims made by you in your advertisement are your responsibility. Any false or misleading claims, including but not limited to those regarding your company's or product's country of origin or performance, may result in legal action being taken against your company. We take no responsibility for your claims regarding your company or products.

5. Security and Maintenance
We will make every effort to secure your listings and prevent unauthorised changes. In the event of unauthorised changes being made, we will endeavour to restore the original listing as quickly as possible. You will also have the ability to update your listing through your dashboard.

6. Changes to Ts & Cs
These Ts & Cs are subject to change for legal and legislative purposes. We will notify all advertising companies via email of any changes.

7. Credit Cards
Credit card details are NOT stored on our servers, all payments are made directly to our financial institute. NO records are stored on our servers.
